Is your online store safe and secure? Our priority is our customer and their online experience while shopping on our store. We take security very seriously, Our online store runs on Shopify platform which is a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Its the highest level This compliance which by default to all stores powered by Shopify. All the credit card on our websites are processed by industry's leading credit card processors which have their own sets of stringiest compliance procedures to ensure your transaction is protected against any online fraud. We as an online store we do not have access to customer's credit card information other than the last four of the credit card for verification purposes. The payment is captured by our payment processor and the amount is transferred to our bank.
- How long will my order take to deliver? All our Items are shipped from the warehouses in the United States. The order usually take between 3- 10 business days to arrive at your home depending on the size of the item.
- What are my payment options? We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- What are my delivery options? We have free standard shipping for items above $75 and a flat fee of $9.99 for items under $75.
- Can I cancel my order? Once you place the order and decide to cancel it, please reach out to us on support@bohemianhomedecor.com within 3 hours. Any request made after 3 hours of the order confirmation cannot be cancelled.
- How do I track my order? You will be receiving automated updates on every step, once you order is shipped you will receive the an email from our store with the tracking number for the shipment. Could you track the shipment at the carrier's website or at our Order Tracking page.
- When will I receive my order? Once your order is trackable, it will take between 3 -10 business days to be delivered depending on the size of the shipment.
- Can I return or exchange an item? Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your order. Read our Refund Policy page for more information.

What if I received a faulty/damaged item? If you received item which is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact our customer service over email (support@bohemianhomedecor.com) within 7 days of the receipt of the item with the photographic evidence showing the damage/defects.
